Order Processing

  • Custom Magnet Orders: Typically ships within 3-7 business days. 
    • If you need your order by a specific date or require expedited shipping, please contact us at hello@rememberwhenmagnets.ca. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Refund Policy

Custom Photo Magnets: Since our magnets are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds.  However, your satisfaction is important to us - if you're not completely happy with your order, please reach.  We'll promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it. 

Damages and Issues

Pllease inspect your order upon deliver and notify us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.  We'll promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it.
